What We Do

As a construction company in Sarasota, Florida with many years of custom home design, home remodeling and home improvement experience, we use only expert craftsmen and the finest quality materials on the market today.

We believe no two homes are created equal. Your personal touch, along with our ability to interpret a concept and take it from the planning stage to a fully functional living space, is what makes Buy Design one of the top custom home builders in the industry. Our design and construction team will walk you through your new home using the latest technology to bring your ideas to life.

Our favorite part of the business is that no two projects are the same. It’s our goal to put your signature on our work, so no matter the neighborhood or the price point, the home you live in is uniquely yours.

At Buy Design, we understand that building your dream home begins with finding the right property. Whether you’re searching for a waterfront homesite, a private estate lot, or the perfect location for your next custom home, having the right real estate professional by your side can make all the difference.

We’re pleased to work closely with Kelly Gettel, a trusted Sarasota real estate broker with more than 17 years of experience and a family legacy spanning four generations in the real estate industry.

Recognized among Florida’s Top 100 real estate agents and holding the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS™) designation, Kelly brings extensive knowledge of Sarasota’s luxury real estate market, waterfront properties, new developments, and investment opportunities.

Through our relationship with Kelly, Buy Design clients have access to an experienced real estate professional who understands the unique considerations involved in purchasing property for new construction. Together, we can help clients explore potential homesites while considering the design possibilities and construction requirements that may influence their investment.

From finding the right property to designing and building your custom home, our goal is to make the entire process as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
